In this episode, we explored the transformative power of forgiveness. Once a word that filled me with anger and resentment, forgiveness became a crucial turning point in my personal development journey. Initially, I believed that holding onto my anger was a form of self-protection. However, I soon realized that the only person suffering from my refusal to forgive was me. The physical and mental toll of unforgiveness became undeniable, manifesting as chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and a host of physical ailments.
Ā
Through this struggle, I learned that forgiveness is not about excusing those who have wronged us but about liberating ourselves from the grip of past hurts. It's about breaking free from the "mental handcuffs" and reclaiming our peace and well-being. In our next discussion, we'll delve into three compelling reasons to embrace forgiveness and how it can lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life. Thank you for joining me on this journey of healing and self-discovery.

Intuition is an extraordinary aspect of human cognition, a silent navigator guiding us through the complexities of life. It's an inherent ability that can lead us to make decisions that align with our true selves, but only if we trust it.Ā
The key to unlocking the full potential of our intuition lies in self-love. When we love ourselves, we trust ourselves, which empowers our intuition. This episode explores the profound connection between self-love and intuition, the types of intuitive thinking, and how these can positively impact our lives.

Parenting is a journey, it has joys, challenges, and countless growth opportunities. As caregivers, we hold a profound responsibility to nurture the development of our children, shaping their futures and influencing the adults they will become. In this pursuit, understanding the science of child development and embracing a connection-based approach to parenting becomes paramount. Drawing insights from esteemed experts such as Dr Vanessa Lapointe, Dr Shefali Tsabary, and Dr Dan Siegel, let's delve deeper into how cultivating a strong parent-child connection lays the foundation for healthy development and fosters a sense of self-worth and resilience in our children. I have used this in many of my coaching sessions, but more importantly, I have used it on my own kids, because I wasnā€™t doing a great parenting job.
Ā
In this podcast episode, I break it down and talk about what all of this means.
